Service Description

Language and cultural programs developed in collaboration with churches, libraries, community groups, and nonprofit organizations. Ideal for short-term programs, cultural events, and enrichment workshops.

Cancellation Policy

Registration closes on February 23rd to allow time for planning, materials, and staffing. Because supplies and class spots are reserved in advance, refunds are handled as follows: • Full refunds are available if cancellation is requested before February 23rd. • Cancellations after February 23rd are non-refundable, unless the program is canceled by Fluent Minds. If a student misses a class due to illness, scheduling conflicts, or other personal reasons, make-up classes are not guaranteed.
