Service Description
Fluent Minds partners directly with preschools, elementary schools, and learning centers to deliver Spanish and world language programs as part of the school day or school-sponsored enrichment. Programs are implemented in collaboration with school administrators and follow a structured curriculum aligned to age and classroom needs.
Cancellation Policy
Registration closes on February 23rd to allow time for planning, materials, and staffing. Because supplies and class spots are reserved in advance, refunds are handled as follows: • Full refunds are available if cancellation is requested before February 23rd. • Cancellations after February 23rd are non-refundable, unless the program is canceled by Fluent Minds. If a student misses a class due to illness, scheduling conflicts, or other personal reasons, make-up classes are not guaranteed.
