Fluent Minds was founded on a simple belief: language shouldn't be a barrier to opportunity — at work or at home.
We partner with manufacturers, hospitals, construction companies, and other employers across Greater Pittsburgh to provide workplace English training for immigrant and non-native speaking workers. Our programs are built around real job tasks — safety procedures, team communication, supervisor interactions — so workers can contribute fully and advance with confidence.
We also serve families and children through school-based Spanish enrichment programs, because we believe language learning opens doors at every age.
Fluent Minds is based in Gibsonia, PA, and proudly serves the Greater Pittsburgh region.

Amy
I’m a Pennsylvania-certified Spanish and ESL teacher with a passion for helping students connect through language. Growing up around the AFS exchange program and studying in Brazil, I learned firsthand how language opens doors and builds bridges. I’ve taught Spanish and ESL in the U.S. and Spain, and I bring that experience and energy to every lesson, making learning engaging, practical, and tailored to each student.

Monica is a passionate ESL teacher and world traveler with 8+ years of experience. She specializes in personalized lessons, pronunciation, and cross-cultural communication, having taught U.S. Embassy staff and students worldwide. Her love for travel and cultural exchange inspires her teaching, helping learners gain confidence, fluency, and global opportunities.

Allison is a nurse and writer with a deep passion for teaching and communication. With over 30 years of conversational Spanish experience and four years of French study, she brings a multilingual edge to her instruction. Her background includes tutoring nursing students, leading Girl Scout troops, and teaching children with developmental disabilities. She holds advanced degrees in nursing and education, and she thrives in both one-on-one and group learning environments.
